Figure Appearance

Rosalina is a tall woman who bears a resemblance to Peach, though with paler skin, lighter blue eyes, and lighter blond hair. Purple nail polish adorns her nails, and a large bang obscures her right eye. Her star-shaped brooch, crown, and earrings define her celestial look—the brooch and crown are silver with a yellow jewel in the brooch and pink and turquoise crown jewels, while her earrings are yellow. Silver high heels complete the ensemble. Her gown features a powder-blue flap looping around the top of her chest, with long sleeves that widen at the bottom and are trimmed with powder-blue frills. In her hand, she holds a silver wand topped with a golden star.

Trivia

  • 1

While initially planned as a Target exclusive in Canada (mirroring its U.S. release), the closure of the retailer's Canadian operations allowed the figure to be sold at all standard retailers in the region.

  • 2

Rosalina previously held the 10th spot for best-selling amiibo in Australia.

  • 3

The figure became the subject of a notorious controversy when an individual known as 'Mariotehplumber' spent $4,000 to purchase 100 units, attempting to create artificial scarcity as a protest against the character.

  • 4

Although the character is playable as 'Rosalina & Luma' in Super Smash Bros., the amiibo packaging simply labels the figure as 'Rosalina'.
